  • Yes. All cruises are captained by a United States Coast Guard licensed captain.

  • All of our captains have been vetted, trained, and certified thru the U.S. coast guard requirements. Our Captains are trained and knowledgeable on the local waterways, as well as CPR and First Aid certified.

  • Our captains work for tips, gratuity is greatly appreciated.

  • Yes. All Tiki Tours must be booked online or by phone 24- hour prior to cruise time to ensure availability and staff. Customers seeking to book a Tiki with less than 24-hours notice must call to make a reservation.

  • No. There are no bathrooms on board but, our locations have restrooms for guests to use before and after their cruise.

    Guests participating in a Bar hop will be able to stop at waterfront restaurants periodically and can use the restrooms and restock on food or beverages.

    Guests participating in an Island excursion will be limited to the restroom provided by nature.

  • Each cruise will come equipped with a 45 qt cooler, drinking ice, water bottles, cups, straws, shot glasses, luau lays, koozies, and all mandated safety equipment.

  • Yes. There are life jackets for all passengers on board.

  • Due to Coast Guard regulations, Tiki Boats are limited to 6 guests per boat.

  • We operate two tiki boars out of each location, Little River and Murrells Inlet, maxing us out at parties of 12. Both boats are capable of riding sync with each other for the duration of the tour.

  • YES! All ages are Welcome.

    Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children 12 and under MUST wear a lifejacket while the boats in motion.

    Both locations are equipped with infant, toddler, and children life vests but, guests are more than welcome to bring their own.

  • We recommend booking your tiki tour 2-weeks in advance of the cruise time and date you are interested in. Tiki boats can be reserved online or over the phone.

    Cruises remain open & available to book up to 24-hours in advance of the cruises start time.

    If you are interested in booking a tiki less than 24-hours in advance of the start time, please call to inquire about availability.

  • The tiki boat has a safe cruising speed of around 4 to 6 mph.

  • Cancellations for any reason can be made 48-hours in advance of the cruises scheduled start time and will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations must be made over the phone to be eligible for the 48-hour in advance refund. YOU MUST CALL TO CANCEL.

    Cancellations made with less than 48 hours in advance of the cruises start time are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical, or behavioral issues. If your tour is cancelled, you will be given the option to reschedule, receive a gift card for the cruise amount, or receive a full refund or rain check (this excludes behavioral, along with alcohol related cancellations).

  • We DO operate in the rain. We do NOT operate in thunder and lightning.

    If there is inclement weather on the day of your tour a Tiki Team Member will contact you within 2-hours of your cruise time to inform you whether it is safe to go out or not, via the phone number (preferred) or email provided on your booking reservation.

    At the time of a cancellation due to inclement weather, customer are eligible to reschedule, receive a gift card for later use, or receive a full refund.

  • Yes. We operate in light rain; the boats roof will provide coverage. However, the captain can decide at any time to cancel due to unsafe conditions.

  • Besides relaxing with a cold beverage, we can pretty much book anything you can imagine! from Bachelorette and bachelor parties, corporate meetings, birthday parties, to special concert event charters. you can even allow us to help you pop the question to your special loved one. just give us a call at (843)-594-4060 to inquire.

  • Yes. Each vessel is equipped with surround sound Bluetooth speakers. There are four speakers and a JBL stereo system that can sync to your phone so you can play your choice of music.

  • Yes. Guests intending to transport, possess, or consume alcohol during their tour will be required to show valid identification to the captain verifying that they are 21 years of age or older. no exceptions!

  • No. We do not provide, sell, or serve alcoholic beverages or any other food or drinks. You are welcome to bring your favorite beverages and snacks, ALL cruises follow the same Bring Your Own (BYO) fashion.

    Both Tiki locations in Little River and Murrells Inlet are surrounded by reputable waterfront dining options, customers can call in or order take-out to bring on board or pack a picnic and bring their own items and coolers on board with them.

  • Yes. Guests can bring their own cooler, as well as utilize the one provided.

  • Little River: Yes. Customers should utilize Crab Catcher’s Restaurant Parking. The Tiki boats are located at the Restaurants first dock slip.

    Murrells Inlet: Yes. The MarshWalk provides parking for guests. To validate your parking, scan one of the parking QR codes located around the lot and at the front of all of the restaurants and Marina and follow the steps prompted. Ask any Crazy Sister Marina Staff member for the Parking word of the day to validate your vehicle when checking in for your cruise and signing waivers.
